1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your Holandly pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with original packaging when possible

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for sizing issues or damaged items when inventory is available.

If your requested size is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered instead.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
